They can harness the power of any Meme and are some of the sauciest and juicy people you will every meet. You can become a Memer if you pass the “Trial of Memes” and once you are a Memer you will receive a Memer license. Once you are rank 72 up until rank 240 (The highest rank) you will be a Meme Lord.
