Melooby is the slang term for a person who holds their bowel movements to the point of accident, often having to waddle their way to the washroom.

"Where did Alex go? He looked like he was sweating bullets. Is he going to be okay?"

"Yeah he's fine. Just had to use the bathroom. He's a total Melooby."
