Someone who is such a douche that their personality and physical appearance resembles that of Frankenstein. They also frequently go to McDonalds.

Jim: Let's go to Dairy Queen.

Bob: I want McDonalds

Jim: Why?

Bob: Ahh Ennh must kill and eat McDonalds!

Jim: You're a McDouchenstein.
