A step up from a McGangbang but with an additional Mcdouble and fries added to the sandwich to create this disease you insert the mcchicken inside the first Mcdouble the add the burgers of the second Mcdouble outside of the other Mcdouble then place the fries on the bottom and top of the burger before adding the bread.. Use additional bread to keep burger stability
