Mancentration or to mancentration is the term used to describe the phenomenon in which males have difficulty completing/focusing on tasks outside of the typical male norm

Mancentration/ to Mancentrate- to focus only on man type activities

Instead of doing the dishes, grabbing groceries and taking out the garbage, John bucked down and mancentrated on starting projects he can’t finish and tinkering with his car that didn’t need any work done for 3 hours.
