3) Rejects the 'Absolute' Statement that 'All Cops Are Bastards' which leaves no room for even a single cop(out of the millions in history) to be a decent person, Instead favoring the Idea that most cops are corrupt bastards and even if it's only 0.00001% of cops that aren't, that still isn't absolutely 0%.
