A masculine first name that combines "Mada" and "Aka," similar to how the feminine name "Maripier" is derived from "Marie-Pierre." Often used to give a unique twist to traditional names.
I met a guy named Madafaka at the party, and it sparked an interesting conversation about unique name combinations!

Madafaka School

A K-12 school originally named "Madania," humorously rebranded with the suffix "-aka," which stands for "also known as." This playful term suggests that "Madafaka" is an alternate, cheeky name for the school, often used in jest.
When my friend said he went to Madafaka School, I couldn't help but laugh; it's just a funny twist on Madania that everyone uses to lighten the mood!

Madafakka

"Motherfucker", pronounced in falsetto, which indicates a highly complex combined sense of playfulness and disdain. Although its origin is disputed, it is definitely perfected in use by Californication's Hank Moody.
Runkle:"Maybe it's time to stop banging the entire college campus."
Hank: "Right you are madafakka!"

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
