A lisbonym, or lisbon, is a slang term for a lesbian.

lesbonym

An alternative to the traditionally used term "lesbian" to describe a woman who is attracted exclusively to other women. The term originated in the Friends episode entitled "The One With Monica's Boots" by Jack Sumner, who is Sting's fictional son.

Apparently, Sting's son made fun of the fact that Ben's moms are "lesbonyms".

Lesbonym

When a lesbian changes their name or the spelling of their name to sound more gay. Derived from the term "exonym", meaning a name given to someone by someone else.

"Oh her? Yeah no it's not Samantha anymore it's just Sam. Yeah I think it's her Lesbonym."
"No her name isn't spelt like that. It's A-u-b-r-i not A-u-b-r-e-y."
