The Leader in Me program, developed by Franklin Covey, is aimed at K-12 education and focuses on nurturing student leadership, fostering a culture of trust, and boosting academic success. It operates on the belief that every student has the potential to lead and succeed, manly by using "The 7 Habits" which are Be Proactive, Begin With the End in Mind, Put First Things First, Think Win-Win, Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood, Synergize, Sharpen the Saw
