A lack of satisfaction, resulting from a severe lack of personal grooming. A male scrotum has a tendency to acquire a noxious odor when the pubes are not trimmed, and properly lathered. Females are not immune to this condition, however usually catch the early warning symptoms, and correct the condition. Early symptoms include gonad dreads, dead tuna and holes in the underwear.
