A rave party where you turn the lights on and off repeatedly.
Only done by The Cheat.

"the sistem is down th-th-the sistem is down, down down down... (lights flash on and off repeadtedly)
"the cheat is grounded...
"I installed that lightswitch installed for you so you could turn the lights on and off, not throw lightswitch raves!"
