A “kyegasm” is an informal term for a profound feeling of sexual pleasure or intense visual satisfaction derived from looking at someone who is a musician. Can be substituted for someone with nice fingers.

I had a major kyegasm after watching that guy play the guitar.

Did you see his hands? Looking at those fingers gave me an epic kyegasm.
