Kuf kaf

An abbreviation of "kufa kana kufenda" translating to "to die or to faint". First coined by Zimdancehall artiste silent Killer it refers to something being worst (death) case, or less terrible (falling unconscious).

Tom: So I heard you're sick.

Ben: Yeah, kuf kaf
Tom: Damn, i hope the doctors can figure it out.
