1. An action or pattern of actions consistant with those of a knucklehead, or a person with questionable intellegence.
2. Minor actions of innapropriate, silly, or inconsiderate behavior or behavior that causes a mild nuisance, not necessarily with such intent by the actor. It is not as severe as douchebaggery.

Shawn: Man I wish those people over there would keep it down. They are starting to bother me.
Dave: Yes, there is quite a bit of knuckleheadery going on over there.

Teacher: Hey, cut out the knuckleheadery and get your work done!

knuckleheader 

a person who lives in a gated community and is notoriously racist. Will live in a gated community with very few black people making it easier to terrorize them in numbers. But always end up failing and getting knocked out by their victim due to their constant lack of critical thinking and selfishness.

Geez have you heard of the knuckleheader in the community? He and his friends keep on making very racist comments to Trey, despite him knocking a few of them out every time they approach him. They never learn.

To continue to act as a knucklehead, beyond all reasonable and correct challenges of your errant beliefs, statements, or behaviors.

Example: "The awkwardly named Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has declared that burning wood is carbon neutral. In the eyes of the Trump regime, burning wood for energy is now just as environmentally friendly as wind and solar power, despite the fact that burning biomass releases greenhouse gases." 4/24/18

The knuckleheadedness of the presidential tweets of the day subside with sleep, until you wake to discover yet another level of knuckleheadedness, displayed in today's barrage of 140 character events.
