'Kamvelihle' (also known by it's shorter form, Kamve ) refers to the state of a Transcape (ZAR) bus being so full, you feel like you are giving birth to the person in front of you because they have reclined their seat so far up your vagina. This can also be used by people who do not have a vagina.
