Kafwaugh

A word to use when you are confused and asking what the hell at the same time.

You see a cow fly by on roller skates while meowing, the only thing you can say is "kafwaugh?"
You knock on a door and it opens to a man in a cape, glittery cowboy hat and boots. One word comes to mind. "Kafwaugh?"
