The term was coined in the North of England

Juggleworthy

(Of food) Having a high degree of heat or a high temperature that causes one to juggle the food around one’s mouth to avoid prolonged heat exposure to any one area on the mouth, preventing minor cellular damage.

This mac and cheese isn’t hot enough. I need to microwave it so it’s juggleworthy.
