First, and currently the only, player to complete story mode on solo/legendary modes, with all difficulty skulls turned on (except ‘envy’), and no deaths. Completion of this feat proved to be impossible for nearly 2 decades, and doing so won a bounty of 20,000 US dollars (set by MoistCr1tikal) for JerValin and his family.
