Something that most certainly WILL. NOT BUFF. Commonly used by the 173rd in hopes to gain trust of it's men fully knowing it will be a shit show.

A seemingly innocent phrase used to describe an incredibly dire or terrible situation in which, no matter the users assurance, the situation will NOT "buff out" or improve to any high extent.

Synonymous with "it'll be okay". It'll buff out is a southern phrase which implies that with a little work, the situation will get better.
