Typically from the Polynesian islands like Tonga, Cook Islands, Fiji, Vanuatu and Samoa an island boy is considered someone who does sexual favours handjobs and blowjobs in exchange for
money, favours or protection from Polynesian/Island men.
Homosexuality in these cultures is only seen as gay if you are the
one performing the act. e.g. it is considered a gay act to give another guy
head, but not the person themselves. in many cases these men have girl
friends and
wife's. it's just considered part of their responsibilities to the group or
