Investment Property

A person who has an investment property is someone who is in a relationship with someone who is undergoing a huge make over/glow up. The investor enters a relationship with someone that is below a 10/10 in the hopes of their partner eventually transforming into a 10. Hence why they are investing into the relationship market while the demand for their target is low
Bob: Bro your girl is a 3/10, what are you smoking son?
Cooper: Don't worry, she's an Investment Property
Bob: Ah, that explains it

Investment Propertunity

-A property that is a great investment opportunity.

-Dumping money into house renovations, assuming that you will get a large return on investment (ROI).

-Flipping a house
After I remodel this old house, I will prove to my wife just how great of an "Investment Propertunity" it really was!

An armpit enthusiast — typically of the scent, appearance, and touch of hairy underarms.
That dude’s such a pitpig, I have to wear deodorant to keep him at bay.

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.

Stealthie

when you're holding up your phone and making faces at it, as though you are taking a selfie, but you're really taking a picture of the person across from you or the wall or anything else that seems interesting but you don't want to be caught dead taking a picture of.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
FRIEND A: "Did you just take a stealthie of me?"

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
