Ikalazar

A mythical yet oddly specific testicular condition where one testicle becomes hyper-aware of its existence and attempts to "ascend" the body, usually during moments of extreme anxiety, cold, or embarrassment. Symptoms include sudden retraction, phantom throbbing, and the haunting sense that your left nut is plotting something.
