Hydroxyzine 

Hydroxyzine (Atarax, Vistaril) is an antihistamine. It can treat anxiety, nausea, vomiting, allergies, skin rash, hives, insomnia, and itching. Hydroxyzine is used by mouth. It comes in pill form, usually in 25mg doses of Hydroxyzine pamoate or sometimes in Hydroxyzine HCl form. Hydroxyzine is sleeping pills. Hydroxyzine can be prescribed by a doctor or psychiatrist.
I took 25mg of Hydroxyzine and I relaxed and fell asleep. My insomnia is gone. Thanks sleeping pills!
