When one parent of a child makes decisions for that child without consulting the other parent.

Timmy: Hey Andy. How is your daughter doing in school?
Andy: She is doing well although she is super busy with activities planned by her mother without my approval.

Timmy: Sounds like that bitch is hoparenting again.

Andy: yeah she is
