it's used in internet chat rooms and in real life by people who really are chiled up and cool with the world.

Also, hize can become a word of confirmation, like an "yes", or "yeah"

guy1 : "hize!"

guy2 : "Hey man, wasup?"

guy1 : "all nice. are u free tonight?"

guy2 : "yap"

guy1 : "hize man!"
