Hexatronic 

A Team Fortress 2 bot hoster that is notorius for filling casual lobbies with his sniper bots and ruining potentially fun casual matches, just for the hell of it.

I jumped on TF2 with my friend, hoping to have a great time. To our disbelief however, the first casual server we joined was filled with Hexatronic bots

Snipers players can't perform well without getting kicked because people tend to think they're one of Hexatronic's bots
