Hectism 

The age old philosophy which dictates the principles of being hectic. A fine art that requires decades of frequent acts of being hectic.
True hectism can only be attained by a select few.
Hectism also entails a blatant disregard for social acceptability.

Person 1: Man, lately I've been feeling as though something is lacking in my life.
Person 2: Have you tried undertaking studies in the ways of Hectism?
Person 1: I have not.
Person stroking their pet raccoon and drinking whiskey from the skull of a grizzly: I have.
Person 2 : Hectic.

Heatism 

Some BS term you make up and sling out there to scare the ignorant into thinking there's big trouble coming if they don't comply.
