Obsessed with Ladybug. Even when he had the opportunity to fix the past - which would have brought back his wife, Emilie Agreste, he chose to go after Ladybug and her miraculous instead.
The only one who can tame Marinette/Ladybug.
After all, she treated so many guys like doormats: Luka; Cat Noir; Nathaniel - the only person she’s a doormat for us Adrien, but Adrien is a doormat to his own father and can never say no to his daddy.
