Someone whose main diet consists of mostly vegetables with little meat, (E.g Caribbean Islands)

Joey: Hey Billy, I just found out that I'm a Halfatarian

Billy: That's cool Joey, so you mainly eat vegetables with little amounts of meat?

Joey: Yes, that's corrrect!

Term used to describe someone who claims to be a vegetarian but really eats meats like chicken and fish.
