To combat this a person who commits crimes should where neutral colours during the day, preferably grey to blend in and not seem dodgy however at sunset it would be in your best interest to wear all black. When you're on a computer and something isn't available to select, sometimes it will appear in greyscale instead of colour to make it more clear that you can't select it. This option is "greyed out."
I had already picked "forest" for my colour scheme, so when I went to change it, "forest" was greyed out because I couldn't select it again.
