1. Speaks French as their main language, or

2. Lives in a French speaking African Country.

"That Gollyfrog is speaking French again, I can't understand a word they are saying".

A contreversial black doll popularised by Robertson jam, the doll was later found to be politically incorrect and manufacturing of these cute little characters was illegal. Nowadays, the word gollywog is misused to call someone of black skin (also see wog).

because the doll is black it MUST be racist, infact anything including cars and trainers that are black in colour should be illegal because they are racist.

GollyWog 

The semi-circular flanges that hold the cable tensioning devices of a bicycle's gear changing system firmly against the curved frame tube of the bicycle. Usually silver incolour, and made from a hard, metallic alloy.

My new gear changers were supplied without golliwogs, so I had to scrounge for an old set in the cycle store's workshop.
