Gingavaginitis is a fictional disease created by the writer of "Love Cancer." It is described in the film as A disease caught from infectious oral sex. Then it's said to be genetic. A short PSA can be found on youtube by searching for "Dawn of the Deity PSA." The original title for "Love Cancer" was "Dawn of the Deity" and while all the other trailers were adjusted accordingly this trailers was not.
