Gilgit-Baltistan

Gilgit-Baltistan is the fifth (self-governing) territory of Pakistan and it covers about an area of 72971 sq. km and its estimated population is 11, 00, 000. Gilgit is the capital of Gilgit-Baltistan. There are seven districts inclusive in Gilgit-Baltistan region, are Gilgit (as district), Skardu, Ghizer, Ghanche, Astore, Hunza-Nagar and Diamer.Gilgit-Baltistan is the Northern Part of Pakistan and geographically its boundaries touch China, India and Russia and the Wahkhan Belt of Afghanistan.

The most beautiful places to visit in Gilgit-Baltistan are Naltar Valley, Shandur Plain, Fairy Meadows, Bagrote Meadows, Haramosh Pastures, Astore Valley, Deosai Meadows (Skardu), Rama Lake, Phunder Valley, Yasin Valley and the historical Kargah Valley, Deosai steppes (Astore), Shigar Valley, Satpara Lake, Shangrilla, Kachura.

The KKH is the main snaking highway which links China to Islamabad (the Capital of Pakistan).

The Gilgit-Baltistan region includes about 126 world's highest peaks, numbered glaciers and countless lakes. The most famous peaks are K-2, Rakaposhi Range, Bilchaar, Diran, Dubani, Gashabrum Range and Nangaparbat. Insofar as a snow-capped peak is an appendage of a giant glacier. The famous Glaciers of Gilgit-Baltistan are Baltoro, Biafo and Batura glacial regions.

Concisely, the area is filled with diverse natural beauty that attracts innumerable tourists each year.
Gilgit-Baltistan is known as the roof of the world as the vertical limits of the globe culminate at the pinnacles this region.

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
