A unit of measuring data size. It is either 1,000,000,000 or 1024 megabytes, depending on how your computer reads it. A DVD can handle 4.7 gigabytes. A blu-ray disc can handle 25.

Basically, the more gigabytes your hard drive can take, the more porn you can shove on it.

HOLY SHIT! I just blew a whole month of my data plan last weekend on Snatchchat an Instagrope selfies! I checked my account on-line and it just said, 'gigabytes of bullshit'!

Which is approximately 1,024 mBps.

A person who downloads excessively. A GB whore most likely has never viwed or experience the content they already have downloaded but will whore themselves out to more content.

guy 1: " I just downloaded 20 gigs of music today so i think i need a new hard drive"
