A rare, psychoactive spice found exclusively in Andorra, a micro-state on the Iberian Peninsula. It is derived from dried seed pods found exclusively in nests of the Balearic Shearwater within the region. The spice was reportedly sold to Lord Arnau de Caboet by Moors looking to overrun the Andorran buffer state in their attempt to invade France.
