Gerdjo is a bulgarian word meant to call someone who is a total lazy ass. Someone fat who just lays around and eats all day.

mother: Our son Jake isn’t helping me again. He’s laying around and eating all day. He’s gained so much weight.

father: I hate it, but he’s turning into such a GERDJO (lazy, fat person).
