Gapster

A person who attempts to appear, act, and advertise themselves as a hipster in a failed manner, normally through the breaching of connective ties by purchasing a closely but not quite similiar styling of clothing through mainstream reatailers like "The Gap."

A Gapster could be a person in Williamsburg, Brooklyn New York that has recently moved there from Manhattan with a P.H.D. in Pharmaceuticals who attempts to appear unclean and unkempt like his/her peers by wearing fashions pre-made for him/her through a major retailer, instead of not showering and being faux-poor through meticulously careful planning like a normal hipster.

A combination between someone who is a homosexual and is also a stereotypical hipster. Commonly known for their cut off jeans, fixed speed bikes and love for the same sex. The first and only known Gaypster in existence is Ally Cat.
