Gummed Up

When you have been going hard for several years on end with the booze and the dope, your brain becomes gummed up. That means its working, but just barelyyy. The gears are spinnin but just fast enough to keep from stalin out.

Pat: "dude why can you barely even figure out what going on?"

Kyle: "dude im all gummed up, i got all smoked up last night and can barely function right now"
