Someone in an online debate who cannot form a coherent argument so they just post reaction GIF images instead.

Gifposting 

Similar to the term "shitposting", however it refers to posting gifs when you got nothing to add to the conversation, usually cluttering the chat with annoying gifs instead of just not saying anything.

Luke, being a hollowed out shell of a man thinking he is being funny, was gifposting regularly in every chat he was in because he had nothing to add to the conversation. No one cares Luke.
