Usually given to the non black males to give them permission for the extent of their friendship, or until the "G-Card" is revoked to occasionally use the N word without fear of getting their ass kicked. Your black friend will assure you that it's universal.... don't use the N word outside of the people having issued you the "G-Card". Also black males considered "uncle toms" can be given a "G-Card" as a token of validation and approval from their black friends not considered to be Uncle Tom's. You MUST be a "G" to issue a "G-Card" no self proclaimed G's will be able to issue "G-Cards". Also allows you to sing along with your favorite rap songs when the N word is used.
