When used as a slang term, "full-time job" refers to the things that require as much as a full time job.
Taking care of my three younger siblings while balancing classes feels like a full-time job; I swear I need a paycheck for all the chaos!

Any job that is, by the company, officially considered part time, but in order to keep the job, you actually have to work full-time hours illegaly and there isn't anything you can do about it because you're too much of a pussy to say anything.
Friend 1: You wanna hang this weekend?

Friend 2: Nah, I've been busting ass at my job all week, I need a break.

Friend 1: I though you only worked part time?

Friend 2: Nope, it's a full-part-time job.

Breadhead 

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.
