Frat Ass

A guy who is not in a fraternity (however has the potential of being in one) but has the character traits of a stereotypical frat boy. This includes drinking, partying, being a douche, and trying to get laid. Frat asses can also be fraternity boys who are only in the fraternity for those specific reasons.

Brian has turned into such a frat ass...he's not even in a fraternity!

1.) A person, mainly of Fraternal origin, that has an aura of booze drinking, Holier than thou, and overall stupidity.

2.) A friend who drinks a lot and/or acts as above.

A dumbass who thinks it's okay to do drugs, get STDs, and shoot (literally or metaphorically) other people in the face. He doesn't nesscessarily have to be in a fraternity, he just has to show stereotypical frat boy douche bag qualities.
