It means that you are going to go over to your partner's house to hate fuck/anger fuck with Fox News in the background. Similar to, but a lot rougher than Netflix and chill.

Nicole: "Sure I'll pick up the condoms"

Ty: "Wait I thought we were just gonna watch Fox News?"

I had a hot date with this girl I met the other day, but my boss told me I had to work an extra shift or instead of a promotion I would be fired. Instead of Netflix and chill I got Fox News and Chill.
