To be approached from behind by a creepy figure,
while they proceed in giving you a shoulder massage
without your permission.

Example : Weird/Unliked Authoritative figure,Hobo, or someone you do not like.

You: "Did you see them getting foltzed by that freak?!" (Past tense.)

Me: *texting* "Dude, you know that they're foltzing you?" (State of being.)
