Finnefrocked

Trusting and hiring a person who claims to have knowledge and expertise in areas they do not, based on that person constantly reassuring others of their ability to safely and accurately perform specific work, despite not being professionally trained or experienced in that area of work. Usually for a discounted cost to the soon to be victim, unbeknownst to them, who will soon have more problems or repairs required to fully complete project at hand. This self proclaimed 'jack of all trades' often leaves a person sitting without finishing the project or having repairs actually performed, as well as broke and without any more money to pay a professional due to always requesting more money from their victim. Also, having a place to stay or opportunity for sex is also often a reason this person will claim to be able to be of use and fix something that they have no idea how to fix and will drag out a project simply for the benefit of having a place to stay, be fed and the possibility of sex being available for as long as they can. And then they vanish and appear to have no sense of responsibility or obligation to the victim or the unfinished work.
