"FUCK EVER!" is a phrase used when a person is raging so hard that they forget, or don't care to construct proper sentences in their responses, such as shouting "What the fuck ever dude." It is also used by ego-centric Valley Girls when they experience something that is either unbelievable, or incites rage.
