Entitletude

An overpowering attitude of entitlement, usually delivered with a fake smile, excessive volume, and a firm belief that the rules don’t apply to them. Common symptoms include name-dropping irrelevant connections, demanding managers, and using the phrase “I know my rights!”
He pulled into a handicap spot, got out with no placard, and said, ‘It’s just for a second.’ The entitletude was strong with this one.

The officers would have let her go, but she caught a charge after she displayed her entitletude.

Karen: “Unbelievable. I come here all the time. This is how you treat loyal customers?”
Employee: “You’ve got entitletude, ma’am. Please lower your voice.”
