Eloquently spoken

Meaning very fluent in speaking. Just put into a weirder term.

Garrett: Alex do you think I’m going to graduate?
Alex: what?
Garrett: Do you think I’m going to graduate?
Alex: graduate high school?
Garrett: yes. I got held back in 2nd grade.
Alex: why?
Garrett: um I don’t know, but that’s why I had to take English twice. And that’s why I’m so eloquently spoken
