EBT Rat

A ghetto man or woman who has over 4 kids, works 3 jobs, and collects food stamps.

Person 1: "Man, I was at the store yesterday, and this lady was yelling at the cashier because her food stamps weren't working. She had like five kids running around and was complaining about how she’s gotta work three jobs just to keep up."

Person 2: "Sounds like a total EBT rat situation. It's crazy how some people are juggling all that."

Person 1: "Yeah, no kidding. She looked completely stressed out."
