Dustignant is a compilation of dumb, stupid, and ignorant.

That is the most dustignant person I've ever seen.

Can refer to either:
(1) Da wastebasket where you periodically dump yer loaded debris-scoop while sweeping up.
(2) Wherever famed actor Hoffman is heading towards at any given time.

I do indeed appreciate my physically-inform buddy's offer to help me tidy up, but da prob is dat he isn't very steady on his feet or able to keep a proper grip on da pan when carrying it to da waste-bin, and so he usually spills some of its contents before he reaches his dustination.
